Provides individualized rehabilitation and home care services for older and disabled Alaskans. A personal care program assists with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, skin care and cooking. A respite program offers relief for an individual's primary care giver. A chore services program assists with light housekeeping and meals. The programs are available to those in Medicaid or Medicaid waiver programs as well as grants and private pay.
