Provides respite, independent living, personal care and chore services, CHOICE for the elderly care coordination throughout southeast Alaska. The center also has programs for individualized rehabilitation and home-care services for older and disabled Alaskans. These programs are available to those in Medicaid or Medicaid waiver programs as well as grants and private pay.
